The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with an amazing view but had considerable stains on the carpet. Although the service was very fast and friendly, the noisy environment, including knocking and bumping sounds throughout the night, was a major downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay. The location was fantastic for accessibility to Seattle sights, yet the dining experience was subpar with limited choices and unhelpful staff.

The hotel had a few drawbacks like stuffy rooms facing an alley with no fresh air and a small, noisy pool always full of kids. The breakfast was average with staff not being very courteous. However, the room was not as clean and spacious as expected.
